News 2 - The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted the Law “On Ratification of the Protocol between the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine and the Government of the Republic of Belarus to amend and supplement the Agreement between the Government of Ukraine and the Government of the Republic of Belarus on labor activity and social safety of citizens of Ukraine and the Republic of Belarus, working outside their countries”

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted the Law “On Ratification of the Protocol between the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine and the Government of the Republic of Belarus to amend and supplement the Agreement between the Government of Ukraine and the Government of the Republic of Belarus on labor activity and social safety of citizens of Ukraine and the Republic of Belarus, working outside their countries”

The Protocol was signed on September 30, 2012 in Minsk.

The law suggests supplementing the Protocol with a new part stipulating that in case of further change of the name or the list of their Authorized Bodies, the Parties inform each other through diplomatic channels.

The respective bill was registered under No. 0276.
